We’re leaving the role open as we are particularly interested in employing either:

An Experienced EYFS Practitioner

If you are an ambitious practitioner looking for the next steps in your career, after some successful years of experience in EYFS, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to have real and lasting impact for children, staff and the school. Further opportunities within the trust are likely to be offered in time and this could be the start of something special for a talented individual.

A Qualified Teacher For A KS1/KS2 Class

If you are looking for a change of scenery and the opportunity to lead a subject in a school that will have impact for all pupils, we may have what you are looking for. As a teacher in KS1/KS2 you will be flexible and open to change… whilst we take year group preferences into account each year, we believe that it is important to keep learning and developing across the primary phase. As someone with a few years of experience under your belt, you will come with strong ideas and we are welcoming of initiatives that will help us to build on our successes and work on our next steps. We aren’t your ‘typical’ school and you are encouraged to visit us to see why.

An ECT / Those New To the Profession For A KS1/KS2 Class

If you are an ECT, we have the capacity and strength to ensure your career gets off to a strong start. Finding the right school that can offer you a balance between challenging you to do more than you thought was possible and supporting you to do it. Make no mistake, our school comes with a unique set of challenges and you will have ‘multiple hats’ to wear, even as an ECT…but you will be mentored and coached by a talented staff team who are genuinely motivated to ensure your success
