Candidates should visit the school or request an informal discussion and then complete the Application Form indicating how their qualifications and experience have prepared them for this post and identifying two people who can provide professional references, at least one of whom should have direct knowledge of the candidate’s current post.  

If you currently work in a school then one of the referees should be your Headteacher.
