Junior Leadership Team (JLT)
School Ambassadors
Selected through an interview process, these children (from Year 6) run the JLT and lead the pupil voice.
They regularly meet with the headteacher and make key decisions across the school.
When visiting other sites or schools the school ambassadors often taken part, leading the way and providing honest feedback and answers to tricky questions.
Class Ambassadors
These children are selected by teachers to represent their class when visitors tour the school.
They often talk about their learning and guide people around the classrooms sharing topics and educational points.
Children selected for this role are chosen due to their conduct in school and not academic ability.
School Council
We have school council members, two per class. These children are nominated by children and selected by children.
Children choose who represents them at meetings with the headteacher.

School Ambassadors - Ideas for encouraging families to come to school
It was a truly great idea by our Ambassadors ... they were tasked by Mr Mitton to come up with different ways to get families to come to school. One suggestion was holding a raffle! They wrote letters to different companies asking for help ...
We proudly presented the top prize of £40 in Pizza Express vouchers live in school!
